Tempura tastes great when eaten with salt, but you can’t go wrong with Tendashi.
Its easy to make if you have Dashijiru.

(Recipe for four people):
Dashijiru – 300cc(please see Shiratsugu Basics)
Soy Sauce – 50cc
Mirin (seasoning sake) – 50cc

Combine all ingredients and bring to a quick boil, serve.
