ou can enjoy these noodles anytime with this mentsuyu soup. Making a little extra won’t hurt.

Dashijiru – 200cc (please see Shiratsugu Basics)
Soy sauce – 100cc
Mirin (seasoning sake) – 100cc
Combine ingredients and bring to a boil. serve.
